The ETC-1826-30 is made for transporting and storing all while retaining heat! The ETC-1826-30 retains food quality and temperatures without the use of an external heat source.
Made to be moved FWE cabinets are fully constructed of stainless steel, with a tubular welded base frame, and designed to absorb vibration and shock in transport. Designed to hold 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays on a fixed one-piece stainless steel rack that can be removed for thorough cleaning.
ETC-1826-30 is equipped with heavy-duty polyurethane casters that are long-lasting for easy maneuverability, even when fully loaded.
